Shipping and delivery

DimasTech Systems Snc uses the national shipping companies Bartolini/ SDA/UPS. For international transport we uses Bartolini and UPS. The order will be sent in 3 working days for the goods that we have in stock and are available in the shop, but in 30 working days for the phase change systems or for particular requests which need a longer time to be sent. Afterwards, after giving the goods to the shipping company and after receiving the tracking number we will send another email to the client. In this email you will find the confirm of the shipping and the tracking data. The tracking number will be sent to the section DIRECT LINE in our site, too.

Our delivery people deliver during normal work hours (9-17). We suggest you choose a delivery address where our co- workers will find someone to give the goods. A phone number is required to avoid problems about the absence of the customer at time of delivery.

Overseas deliveries must be required by email as we have to check every time the fiscal laws and the shipping costs in the country of destination.

At the arrival of the goods the customer must check that the number and the identity of the parcels correspond to the ones written in the delivery documents.

The client must also control the parcel, making sure that the packing is dry and not open. Should the parcel be open or damaged, he must accept the parcel after writing on the delivery documents: “Shipping accepted with reserve of verifying the integrity of the goods”. If there are any damages or items are missing the client must immediately tell the shipping company about it and call our customer service (contacts or +39 03 5231578). In case of loss or theft of the goods, the client must inform us writing to contacts or +39 030 5231578. We will start the tracking practice. If we get no results after 3 weeks the customer can require the shipping of new items or the resolution of the contract.

In this case, within 15 days, we will issue a credit note and give money back.
